One of the roles we’ve never quite managed to fill over the last year has been Marketing. It’s a strange one to define – is it all press releases and adverts, or is it window displays and merchandising, or something else entirely?
While we don’t have someone leading on marketing we do have a lot of experience embedded in the membership, so whoever takes it on won’t be alone. It’s also a pretty flexible role – since nothing is currently being done you can decide what to do first. Fancy figuring out how to use that shop window effectively? Want to build relationships with all the other fellow-traveller organisations in the region so they’ll help promote us? You’d be more than welcome to.
